Claros is seeking a Principal Product and Test Engineer to lead the transition of hardware platforms from prototypes to production-ready products. This role focuses on silicon (IVR) and system-level hardware, owning the entire path from lab to fab, including qualification, manufacturability, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in the semiconductor industry with a proven track record in product development, hardware productization, or manufacturing, and deep experience with both silicon and system-level hardware. You will coordinate DFx, qualification, and test strategies, manage relationships with manufacturing partners, and drive execution across the product lifecycle.
