Fluidstack is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to own the end-to-end strategy for sourcing, onboarding, and sustaining the contractor workforce and site services across multiple states. This role involves building and managing a multi-tier supplier network for various contract labor and developing preferred-supplier lists and MSA/SOW frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contract labor at scale for construction or data center operations, understand union jurisdictions and labor compliance, and be adept at procuring site-support services.
