Helsing is seeking a Team Lead for their international Training and Mission Success Specialist (MSS) team, based in London. This role is at the intersection of operational delivery, customer success, and tactical expertise, focusing on planning and executing field deployments and training courses across international markets outside Germany. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, act as a primary business development interface during customer engagements, and serve as an HX-2 tactics instructor. This position requires a leader with experience in complex field operations or training programs within a military or defence context, who can build trusted relationships with senior defence stakeholders and is enthusiastic about regular overseas deployments.
