Scale is seeking a technical and strategic Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure efforts in Doha for its rapidly growing International Public Sector team. This role involves managing an engineering team, designing and optimizing infrastructure deployment strategies, and working across the entire product lifecycle to power custom AI applications for public sector clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a strong engineering background in scalable systems, and deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure and the GenAI ecosystem, with Arabic fluency being a plus.
