As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Together AI, you will be a hands-on technical partner to strategic customers, specializing in inference optimization, fine-tuning pipelines, and production deployment for AI teams. This role involves optimizing inference engines, configuring performance tuning, and guiding customers through post-training and fine-tuning pipelines like LoRA, SFT, and RLHF. You will act as a primary technical contact, ensuring successful platform adoption and directly influencing the product roadmap with field insights. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in inference systems, open-source LLM deployment, or post-training workflows, possessing expert-level knowledge of inference engines and optimization techniques.
