RobCo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic Workflows, to build the intelligent automation that powers their solution delivery. In this role, you will design, build, and run agentic workflows for requirements review, automated checks, risk detection, and knowledge management, owning them from concept to production. The ideal candidate has several years of experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems in production, strong context and prompt engineering skills, and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript. You will be instrumental in shaping how RobCo uses AI internally, working closely with delivery teams to identify and implement high-leverage automation.
