Cognition is seeking a Developer Community Manager to build and scale a community around Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the AI-native IDE. This role requires a technically proficient individual, ideally with a developer or engineering background, who can credibly engage with software engineers and design impactful community programs. You will own the strategy and execution of developer ambassador programs, events, university partnerships, and technical content creation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in developer relations and a passion for AI-powered developer tools, thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.
