Digital Asset is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Splice, the public operating layer of the Canton Network, which defines the network's economic functions, incentives, and governance. This role is not focused on execution but on strategic analysis and decision-making, requiring independent judgment on matters affecting the network's technical and economic trajectory. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, deep expertise in distributed systems, Web3, or financial infrastructure, and proven effectiveness in multi-stakeholder environments. You will own the strategic direction of Digital Asset's contributions to Splice, make hard trade-offs explicit, and operate at the ecosystem level, guiding development through expertise and clear communication.
