Lightmatter is seeking a Hardware Systems Technical Lead to provide technical leadership to their Hardware Systems organization. This role involves building the next generation of silicon photonics-based AI accelerators and interconnect products. The Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering board and system solutions using Lightmatter’s innovative technology, collaborating with various engineering teams, and ensuring manufacturability and quality. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 12 years of relevant experience in electrical board design and in-depth knowledge of various interfaces and protocols.
