This Pilot Production Lead role is a hands-on position responsible for transforming new designs into real builds for a renewable energy and ocean technology company. You will initially focus on establishing pilot production systems, including schedules, dashboards, and workflows, across Portland-area facilities. As the company grows, you will build and lead a small production team, bridging the gap between development and factory-scale manufacturing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of cross-functional hardware production experience, with 2-5 years specifically in pilot production, and a proven ability to operate under aggressive timelines.
