Thyme Care is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to serve as a vital clinical resource for members and their care networks, providing triage, support, and education throughout their cancer journey. This remote role focuses on symptom management and care coordination, engaging with members via phone and email to address clinical issues and manage escalations. The ideal candidate will have an active, unrestricted compact RN license, at least 5 years of nursing experience (including 3 years in solid tumor oncology), and relevant oncology certifications.
