This role involves acting as the brand's local face, building relationships with members, influencers, and partners to achieve B2C and B2B objectives. The successful candidate will combine community management, marketing, events, and partnerships to ensure an exceptional clinic experience, local brand visibility, and consistent bookings. They will establish Neko as a trusted presence in Manchester, develop a strong local network, and create a city activation playbook for global rollout. We are looking for someone with 3-5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events, or partnerships, with a strong existing network in Manchester.
