Melius is seeking a founding Growth Staff member to scale their AI-native creative tooling platform from early traction into a category-defining company. This highly cross-functional role involves building and scaling the growth engine, encompassing acquisition, lifecycle marketing, growth loops, and GTM experimentation. The ideal candidate will have experience taking a product from 0 to 1, a scientific approach to growth, and comfort operating across strategy and execution. You'll own top-of-funnel growth, design rapid experiments, and work closely with product and engineering to optimize growth loops.
