As the Head of Pulser Design Physics at Pacific Fusion, you will lead the design and development of the world's most powerful fast pulsed power system, which is central to their high-gain fusion demonstration system. This role involves owning the pulsed power system's design, building and leading a team of specialized physicists and engineers, and overseeing experiments in the pulsed power lab. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in high-power pulsed power systems, R&D for specialized components, and a proven track record in building and managing highly-specialized teams to deliver results quickly and safely.
