Clay is seeking its first Accounting Manager to build and scale its accounting operations end-to-end during a period of hypergrowth. This hands-on, strategic role involves overseeing core accounting functions, establishing scalable systems, and managing technical accounting, reporting directly to the Controller. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, an active CPA, and deep knowledge of US GAAP, with a strong preference for startup or high-growth tech company experience.
