This role focuses on optimizing and scaling AI infrastructure for foundation model training. The successful candidate will drive down training times by eliminating bottlenecks, designing distributed PyTorch systems for GPU clusters, and implementing efficient low-level code. We are looking for someone with deep experience in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or HPC, coupled with expertise in Python and low-level performance optimization (CUDA, cuDNN, Triton). This position requires a system-level mindset and a proven track record of maximizing hardware-software utilization for large-scale AI training.
