As an Enterprise Engagement Manager at Parloa, you will be responsible for driving customer success, value realization, and long-term growth for enterprise clients utilizing Parloa's agentic AI solutions. You will guide organizations through the entire customer journey, from implementation to adoption and expansion, ensuring they maximize the potential of AI in their customer experience. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor, managing implementations, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, a proven ability to drive digital transformation, and native or bilingual German and fluent English skills.
