Harmattan AI is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for their Foundational team in Paris to build the "brain" of tactical robots. This role involves designing and scaling large-scale, multi-modal foundational models using Self-Supervised Learning from massive amounts of unlabelled Electro-Optical and Infrared data. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or research-focused MS, 5-6 years of experience in training and scaling deep learning vision models, and strong PyTorch skills. You will be crucial in providing foundational weights for hyper-accurate models running on tactical hardware, contributing to autonomous defense systems for allied forces.
