Fluidstack is seeking a Design Management Lead to join their Capacity Delivery Team, focusing on building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. This role involves leading design management across the entire build portfolio, including setting schedules, managing consultants, and running design review processes for gigawatt-scale data centers. The ideal candidate will have experience leading design management on large industrial or mission-critical programs, with a proven ability to drive aggressive schedules and implement efficient review processes. This is a full-time, onsite position with a compensation range of $300K – $344K, offering the chance to contribute to the rapid deployment of frontier compute infrastructure.
