Pace is seeking its first Design Engineer to bridge the gap between design and code, shaping the look, feel, and functionality of their AI operations platform for insurers. This role involves owning end-to-end design, prototyping in code, and directly shipping UI/UX solutions to production. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker with a strong frontend engineering habit, comfortable with React/TypeScript, and excited to build AI-native products. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a cohesive design system and constantly experimenting to improve the customer experience.
