Gong is seeking a Sr. Workplace and Facilities Coordinator to manage all aspects of their Chicago office and support other US offices as needed. This dynamic, customer service-focused individual will be the face of Gong, responsible for maintaining office appearance, coordinating events, and managing vendor relationships. The role requires a fast-paced, detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of administrative or office experience, capable of working independently and assessing priorities quickly. This is an in-office position, M-F, 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional travel.
