Havoc is seeking a Controller to serve as a senior leader within its Finance organization, responsible for building, scaling, and leading a best-in-class accounting function. This high-impact role requires deep technical accounting expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to lead through growth, owning financial reporting integrity, audit readiness, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have experience in a public-company or similarly rigorous reporting environment, with a proven track record of scaling accounting organizations and implementing robust financial infrastructure. This leader will advise executive and Board levels, develop scalable processes, and dive into details as needed to support Havoc's strategic growth initiatives.
