Translucent is seeking a Subject Matter Expert, Clinical Operations & Throughput to join their team in New York City. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in clinical operations and patient flow to shape the development of AI agents that reason about flow, capacity, and utilization within their AI-native financial platform for healthcare. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams, building benchmarks and datasets to evaluate AI models against real-world clinical operations tasks. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, strong proficiency with healthcare data systems, and a passion for applying AI to complex healthcare challenges.
