Sigma Defense is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to support the Army's Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support program (NetMod) in Belcamp, Maryland. This role involves leading a team of systems engineers, translating user requirements into system designs, and ensuring the operational readiness of tactical network systems. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of systems engineering experience, preferably with 5+ years in the DoD, and expertise in designing and maintaining secure communication networks in military environments. A DoD 8570/8410 IAT Level II certification and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance are required.
