Lovable is seeking a Global People Operations Lead to scale its People Operations across Sweden, the UK, and the US. This role involves managing and developing a regional People Ops team, owning HRIS, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle workflows, and building AI-native self-service foundations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, including leading specialists and direct experience with multi-country payroll and compliance in a fast-scaling tech environment. You will be instrumental in establishing a consistent global People Ops model and leveraging AI to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
