Snorkel AI is seeking a Director, Corporate Legal (AGC) to join their growing Legal team, reporting to the General Counsel. This highly visible role will have broad ownership across corporate transactions, governance, equity, entity management, and international expansion. As the first person in this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the corporate legal function for Snorkel's next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of corporate legal experience, including advising venture-backed companies on financings, M&A, and corporate governance, with a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience.
