Relay is seeking a Director of Sales to lead critical industrial segments, transforming analog frontline operations into a data-rich, AI-powered ecosystem. This high-impact leadership role requires a master of enterprise deals who can build and scale high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will own the strategy for 2-3 proven segments, directly overseeing and guiding Account Executives through complex sales cycles. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity, and a strong "hunter mentality" to drive new logo acquisition in greenfield segments.
