Practice Lead, Data Operating Model & Enablement Delivery 📦 Technical Delivery London London Paris Berlin Full-time Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe! Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy. We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone. It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future. Kraken Customer What we do: build the most AI-driven, innovative, forward-thinking platform for energy management. From optimizing resources to delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications, Kraken is powering the next wave of innovation in the energy industry. Why we do it: future energy will not look like energy as we know it today. We need to not just think about our future, but build for it. Now. At Kraken, we're powering the most innovative energy and utility businesses globally. Our technology enables smarter grids, optimised generation and exceptional customer experience. But technology alone does not transform a business. Clients choose Kraken to improve customer experience, reduce cost to serve and increase their ability to innovate and grow. To succeed, they must rethink how the business operates – stronger data cultures, faster decision-making, smarter operations, and adopt entirely new ways of working. Kraken’s unified technology and data platform enable transformation. The Operating Model Practice ensures clients are structurally built to win with it. The role As Kraken’s Practice Lead for the Data Operating Model, you will define and own Kraken’s point of view on great utility data practices. You will shape how utilities become data-driven – from org design and operating rhythms to data culture and business adoption. You’ll establish the frameworks, transformation patterns, and practical approaches that help clients turn Kraken data into measurable business impact Alongside this, you’ll codify repeatable data value use cases, building compelling proof points for how modern data practices improve business performance. You’ll define how Kraken engages clients on this through workshops, executive advisory, targeted pilots and transformation playbooks. You’ll scale this globally by enabling data CDLs and Org Design leads to apply the model consistently, while stepping in directly for critical client moments and complex transformations. This is an early-stage opportunity to shape how a major industry approaches data transformation. You’ll define this practice from the ground up – and change how major utilities operate in the process. At Kraken, we're powering the most innovative energy and utility businesses globally.
