Noxtua is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their innovative legal team, focusing on Legal AI for lawyers. This role involves working closely with product and engineering to translate regulatory requirements into features, and with GTM on customer and procurement negotiations. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified German lawyer with at least two years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting, a genuine interest in LegalTech and AI regulation, and excellent drafting skills in German and English. You will be instrumental in building a highly automated, AI-native legal function, drafting complex commercial agreements, and advising on company-wide AI initiatives.
