FirstClub is seeking a passionate and execution-focused HR Business Partner to join their team in Bangalore. This role involves partnering closely with on-ground operations teams at Clubs (Dark Stores) to drive people excellence and manage all aspects of HR operations. The HRBP will be the primary HR contact for the Club workforce, handling employee engagement, workforce planning, attendance, grievance resolution, and ensuring HR policy adherence. Candidates should have 2-5 years of HRBP or generalist experience, preferably with an MBA in HR and exposure to retail or logistics environments.
