Hightouch is seeking a Forward Deployed Marketing Data Scientist to ensure AI-driven marketing campaigns deliver measurable impact for customers. This cross-functional role involves diagnosing model behavior, tuning ML levers, analyzing incrementality, and explaining insights to marketers and executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills in Python and SQL, a high-level understanding of ML concepts, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with ML engineers, product managers, and Solutions Consultants to optimize campaign performance and debug experiments for some of the world's most recognizable brands.
