Skild AI is seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically strong Senior Master Annotator to define, maintain, and continuously improve annotation standards for robotic datasets. This role will act as the gold standard authority for labeling tasks, owning Inter-Annotator Agreement (IAA) measurement, training annotators, and ensuring high-quality annotations for robotics model training. The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience in data annotation, strong expertise in temporal video annotation, and a deep understanding of IAA methodologies. You will be crucial in developing guidelines, analyzing disagreement trends, and leading training to ensure annotation accuracy impacts model performance positively.
