The WIOA Case Manager at Hollywood CPR provides comprehensive case management and employment services to individuals in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs. This role involves conducting assessments, developing Individual Employment Plans, and providing ongoing career coaching and guidance to help participants achieve education, training, and employment goals. The Case Manager ensures compliance with WIOA regulations and works collaboratively with participants, employers, and community partners to achieve successful outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field, or a high school diploma with two years of experience working with criminal justice or related populations, and a valid California Driver’s License.
