Tabby is seeking a hands-on Senior Risk Manager to establish and manage its risk capabilities in Kuwait, covering both enterprise and credit risk. This pivotal role involves building the local risk management framework, policies, and governance from the ground up, aligning with Group standards and local regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in risk management within financial services, with a deep understanding of both enterprise and consumer credit risk, and the ability to operate independently in a new market. You will work closely with leadership and various teams to ensure responsible scaling and regulatory compliance for Tabby's launch in Kuwait.
