Discord is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join its lean Legal team, reporting to the Director, Global Litigation. This role requires an experienced litigator who can operate independently across a broad range of matters, including owning the individual consumer claims docket, supporting discovery on high-stakes matters, and managing IP litigation. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of combined law firm and/or in-house experience with meaningful exposure to technology or consumer-facing platforms, and hands-on experience with eDiscovery and consumer/IP litigation. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to protect Discord's platform and users, contributing to continuous improvements in regulatory and enforcement areas.
