Robinhood is seeking a Derivatives Risk Oversight Lead to join their elite team in Ljubljana, Slovenia, focusing on safeguarding the financial stability of their trading operations. This role involves serving as a key representative of the Second Line of Defense, leading the oversight and continuous enhancement of risk management frameworks for derivatives products and the Bitstamp Financial Services (BFS) entity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial risk management, particularly with direct derivatives/market risk, and a strong understanding of the MiFID regulatory framework. You will be instrumental in independently challenging front-line strategies, validating complex margin models, and ensuring the safe and sustainable growth of their derivatives product.
