LILA Sciences is seeking a foundational Tax Director/Senior Director to build and lead its tax function, establishing strategy, infrastructure, and compliance across all jurisdictions. This high-impact role involves owning U.S. and international tax compliance, developing tax planning strategies, and leading ASC 740 income tax accounting. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including Big 4 and/or in-house leadership, with deep expertise in U.S. federal and multi-state corporate income tax and a CPA. You will partner with various teams, advise on complex transactions, and translate tax matters for non-tax stakeholders, shaping the function from the ground up.
