Thira is seeking a Founding AI Systems Engineer to own the knowledge graph and learning systems for their enterprise AI agents. This role involves designing and maintaining the IT knowledge graph, building agents that learn from human resolutions, and architecting active-learning pipelines to make the platform smarter. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with production AI/data systems, graph data modeling, and a strong understanding of preference learning and feedback loops. This is a critical position for building Thira's defensible core technology.
