This senior operational leadership role oversees Global People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workspaces, ensuring compliance, workforce planning, and performance frameworks evolve with the business. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented operator with 12+ years of progressive People leadership experience, thriving in complex international environments and motivated by building durable, scalable infrastructure. This role requires onsite presence 4 days a week at either the San Francisco or Bellevue office.
