Cortex is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to act as a hands-on technical consultant, owning customer engagements from kickoff through delivery. This role focuses on helping customers design, implement, and scale their Cortex setup by understanding their engineering ecosystem and solving complex technical problems. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing technical roles, integrating SaaS tools via APIs, and familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems. This is a remote position, ideally for candidates in the AMER Pacific Time Zone.
