This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates, and acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-moving startup environment. You will also contribute to building and scaling recruiting infrastructure and processes.
