As a Trainer at Epic, you will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic software. This role involves the entire training process, from instructional design and material development to delivery. Trainers work in teams to create workflow-based content and contribute to making the software more intuitive. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree, a history of academic and professional success, and a willingness to travel, with prior teaching or performance experience preferred.
