Scale is seeking a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead a team of high-calibre MLEs in designing, training, deploying, and evaluating computer vision and/or LLMs for custom AI applications for public sector clients. This role involves guiding the team to use data-driven experiments to improve products and working closely with customers to prototype and build deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of model training and deployment experience, 5+ years of management experience, and strong skills in NLP, LLMs, and deep learning within a cloud environment.
