As a Startup Account Executive at Databricks, you will work with disruptive companies, managing both transactional and strategic sales processes. This role requires a creative, self-motivated individual who can sell innovation, expand customer vision, and guide deals to close new accounts while expanding existing ones. You will be responsible for building territory plans, aligning customers with the Lakehouse vision, and exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Candidates should have 1+ years of closing sales experience, preferably in big data, Cloud, or SaaS, and a proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and quotas.
