ThreatLocker is seeking a Detection Engineer to enhance the ThreatLocker Detect platform by developing and maintaining detection content for EDR and ITDR products. This role involves creating custom Sigma, YARA, and Snort rules, aligning them with the MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and leveraging threat intelligence to identify and remediate detection gaps. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in information security, experience with EDR/ITDR technologies, and a strong understanding of Windows forensics and attacker techniques. This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL, requiring collaboration with Threat Analysts and Security Researchers to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.
