Mercury is seeking a Senior Model Risk Manager - AI/ML to define and enhance model governance for their rapidly growing AI/ML portfolio. This role involves owning the validation, monitoring, and governance of AI/ML models, including generative AI systems, and serving as a thought leader in the evolving field of AI model risk management in fintech. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in developing or validating AI/ML models, strong technical skills in Python and ML tooling, and a deep understanding of model risk governance principles.
