True Anomaly is seeking a Lead Systems Safety & Reliability Engineer to join their Systems Engineering team, ensuring mission success and safety for spacecraft and ground systems. This role involves owning and driving reliability and safety engineering processes across the full system lifecycle, from concept to operations. The ideal candidate will develop enterprise reliability plans, lead various safety analyses (FMEA/FMECA, FTA), and integrate reliability requirements into MBSE environments.
