Genius AI is seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build and own the ABM strategy from scratch, focusing on turning target accounts into customers for their upmarket motion. This role requires a candidate with 3+ years of B2B demand gen or ABM experience, specifically with a proven track record of building AI-powered GTM workflows to scale personalization and surface intent signals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating new campaign motions, possess strong analytical and copywriting skills, and be adept at partnering with Sales and RevOps to drive pipeline contribution. This is an in-person role based in NYC, reporting to the Lead, Upmarket Growth.
