This role is crucial in shaping how founders, investors, and finance leaders interact with Carta’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will blend UX expertise, systems thinking, and exacting design to deliver intuitive, interactive web experiences aligned with Carta’s brand and business goals. You will lead end-to-end design for high-impact areas, translate user needs into solutions, and evolve a scalable design system. This position requires 6-8+ years of experience in web and UX design, ideally for SaaS, fintech, or B2B companies, with a strong portfolio and expertise in Figma.
