Waabi is seeking a Research Engineer for their World Models team to develop and productionize next-generation algorithms for their autonomous-driving stack, Waabi World. This role focuses on large-scale world models for temporal reasoning and generation, including video, multimodal generative, and LLM/VLM/VLA models. The successful candidate will design, implement, and scale state-of-the-art generative and predictive world-modeling systems, directly impacting Waabi World's ability to model future evolution and synthesize safety-critical scenarios. Strong software engineering skills in Python & PyTorch, experience with distributed training, and expertise in deploying generative or predictive models of the physical world are essential.
